Salary: £65,000 Plus 25% Bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday

Job Opportunity: We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the corporate market, working closely with the senior team to map and deliver a robust business-to-business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a strategic business development plan.
- Identify corporate partnership opportunities through research and business analysis.
- Self-generate leads and set appointments with key corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Represent the company as a key player, showcasing a deep understanding of the location and selling the area's benefits.
- Attend remote and Hub-based appointments that lead to corporate partnership deals.
- Become an industry expert, gathering market intelligence for strategic decision-making.
- Represent the business at major industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
General Responsibilities:
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Manager.
- Participate in Performance Development Review processes.
- Stay updated on the Company's IT systems and undergo necessary training.
- Demonstrate commitment to the Company's values and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Act as a positive ambassador for the Company at all times.
- Use resources efficiently, considering sustainability policies in business decisions.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- Demonstrated excellence in new business development, consultative selling, and leadership.
- Strong networking, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in analysis and decision-making.
- Experience presenting at a senior level within the corporate market.
