Position Overview: - Promptly communicate any job issues to the line manager and scheduling department to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for each job and effectively communicate any concerns to the line manager.
- Provide detailed feedback on parts used, adhering to procedural guidelines to ensure task completion.
- Conduct monthly stock takes on van stock or stock stored at lockups.
- Assist in on-the-job training for new recruits as directed by the line manager.
- Engage with customers on-site to ensure efficient service delivery.
Position Requirements: - Previous experience in the sewerage treatment industry in a similar role is essential.
- Qualifications in either mechanical or electrical disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively fault-find in a variety of challenging environments.
