Overview
Looking to take the next step in your sales career? We are looking for a highly driven salesperson with strong new business experience to join a well-established organisation in Southall.
Salary: up to £28,000 basic, £40,000 OTE
The Role
- Prospect for potential new profitable clients that fit the companies target market and client avatar profile including the specified geographical remit (London)
- Cold call within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities is built
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly meeting targets, sales targets and KPIs
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers
- Set up qualified meetings between client decision makers
- Record customer notes, meeting updates and opportunity progression using the companies CRM system and ensure it is regularly maintained
- Plan approaches and pitches
- Work with team to develop proposals that fully meet the client’s needs, concerns, pain and objectives
- Take ownership for pricing the solution/service
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
- Communicate effectively internally and externally to ensure an exceptional level of service is delivered
Key Skills/Experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ sales/new business experience
- Strong experience of prospecting and building relationships with clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with high-level clients
- A proven track record of excelling in a target-oriented environment
- Strong organisational skills and comfortable managing your own workload
- The ability to take the initiative and work independently
