Job description
Role:
- Maintain the businesses infrastructure
- Point of escalation for technical issues
- Work with team to execute the IT roadmap
- Support manager with projects and tasks
- Support the IT strategy in alignment with policies
- Create and update documentation
- Create and implement test and recovery plans
- Make recommendations to support the infrastructure\'s performance and integrity
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Microsoft environment
- Proficient at troubleshooting, resolving issues, and change management
- Strong knowledge of networking: troubleshooting, switches, and routers
- Microsoft AD, DHCP, DNS etc.
- Ensured disaster recovery, business continuity and high availability
- Certifications: ITIL, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
