Performance Analyst - PEA525

The Outsourced Recruitment Company

Location

Aldershot, Hampshire | United Kingdom

Job description

Are you an analyst looking for a new job? How about an exciting role working on a military estate in support of our Army customers? You’ll get to monitor the performance of vital parts of the contract on the estate. Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services…

As a Performance Analyst your core responsibility is to provide effective and efficient support to the Performance Manager in monitoring Barrack Damage and Fire Door funding, contract compliance and pricing.

You’ll need to be able to respond to requests for clarification on contract status of assets and work packages and providing sound contractual advice and support to the Senior Management Team and Department Managers in terms of reporting, analysis, and information relevant to the performance function.

You will also manage the barrack damage process including co-ordinating and submitting final claims, preparing monthly volumetric reports for submission to the Garrison Management Team and reviewing and authorising financial and pricing documents for funding.

This means you should have excellent organisation and communication skills (both written and verbal) across all levels and particularly when engaging with the customer, as maintaining a positive relationship with the Garrison Management teams based on the estate is an important aspect of this role.

But first, meet the team…

With a 35-year contract, making soldiers’ lives better is at the heart of everything we do at Aspire Defence Services.

Seriously, picture a heart (the real one) and imagine how hard it works to keep the body running, making sure every part gets exactly what it needs to thrive. That’s our mission; to deliver a modern, fully serviced, flexible working environment for soldiers.

And just as the heart needs certain parts to keep the body alive, we need the dedication and commitment of our people to support our customers. We deliver a broad range of services for one-third of the British Army living and working on our patch, and we're proud of the work we do.

We’re all about nurturing great teams, and our award-winning safety and wellbeing initiatives are built on keeping an eye out for one another and having a good work-life balance.

In addition to being part of our team, you’ll also get…

Ready to join the team?

You must have a fully valid UK Driving licence and experience of performance monitoring for large site-based operations, preferably within the service, construction, or Facilities Management industry.

You should also have advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word, proven experience in Office or Performance roles and experience in a performance or project environment.

Salary: Up to £31,700 dependent on skills and experience
Location: Aldershot

Please note: Our garrisons are tobacco free working environments. As part of this role, you will be required to obtain security clearance prior to starting with us.
