Quintessential Brands, the award-winning name behind spirits like Bloom, Opihr and Greenalls, have an exciting opportunity to join our Warrington based manufacturing team. We are looking for Manufacturing Operatives who will work in several roles across the operations teams, working to meet and improve agreed KPIs where you will help to increase efficiency, maintain quality and most importantly, adhere to and promote safe working practices.
A Flavour of the Job
Reporting to one of our Department managers you will work on one of our vacant roles within the Manufacturing Departments. These roles include handling materials, operating auto packing machines, working on liquid processing equipment and in some cases, mechanical handling equipment. This is whilst adhering to Health and Safety standards, maintaining high quality standards, and improving efficiencies. We're a mixed bunch here at QB and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace. We are on the lookout for dedicated team members including all genders and all ethnic backgrounds.

Key skills
· Experience of working in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the food and beverage industry although this isn’t essential as full training will be provided
· Excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude
· Strong communication skills
· A Health and Safety mindset
· The flexibility to work in a shift based role, including night shifts
A bit about you
· FLT trained would be useful for certain roles, but training will be provided
