Salary:  L1 £47,417 – L5 £52,330 per annum

The Headteacher and Governors of The Divine Mercy RC Primary School wish to a permanently appoint a highly motivated Lead Practitioner to join our ambitious and rapidly improving school.

We have a dedicated and supportive staff team within our 2-form entry school who work closely to provide excellent learning opportunities for our amazing children.

We are seeking to appoint a Lead Practitioner for our Early Years Unit who has exemplary teaching skills, is able to lead the improvement of teaching skills in EYFS and has excellent subject knowledge across the EYFS Curriculum.  

This person must be passionate about ensuring children achieve their full potential and recognising the significance of the role they play in this.

A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development is necessary, as continuously displaying the highest of professional standards.  It would be expected for the candidate to undertake a National Professional Qualification (NPQ).

The role will be a Lead Practitioner with the responsibility for a Reception class with a September 2024 start date.

The Lead Practitioner will have the primary purpose of modelling and leading improvement of teaching skills within EYFS.
