Account Manager / Client Support Specialist - hybrid

Salary - £26,000-£37,000 (£26-£27k basic with performance bonus of up to 10k)

Hybrid role - 3 days onsite in Burgess Hill, parking onsite

Office Angels are working with a global, innovative leader in its field and are seeking an Account Manager to service existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships.


• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, virtual platforms, and written communication.


• Ensure exceptional customer support to clients globally.


• Provide timely updates and resolutions on orders and account-related issues.


• Respond promptly to enquiries, offering insights into products, services, and operations.


• Coordinate to monitor customer material requirements, deliveries, and returns.


• Analyse and interpret supplier and customer data to optimise service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organisations.

• Experience in account management or customer support
