Job description

The key responsibilities of the Account Manager position include:

  1. Managing B2B tech marketing campaigns and associated projects.
  2. Ensuring client briefs, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  3. Serving as the primary client contact for assigned projects.
  4. Efficiently handling project resources and budgets to meet profit margins.
  5. Researching marketing ideas, new media channels, and suppliers.
  6. Collaborating with colleagues and suppliers to deliver high-quality work.
  7. Maintaining excellent client service and quality standards.
  8. Proofreading and approving work for accuracy and quality.
  9. Presenting ideas and project updates effectively to various audiences.
  10. Demonstrating marketing intelligence and understanding of emerging media.
  11. Making decisions and negotiating professionally as needed.
  12. Building client confidence in the agency's brand values.
  13. Possessing knowledge of digital media, integrated campaigns, websites, social media, PowerPoint, and media buying.
  14. Holding a relevant degree and at least 3 years of agency experience.
  15. Potentially overseeing junior team members, depending on the client account.
