Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Are you a dedicated SENCo looking for your next rewarding opportunity? CER Education are working with one of our partnership schools in Sheffield who are seeking a passionate and experienced Secondary School SENCo to join their team.
Key Role Highlights:
- Lead the SEN provision within a vibrant secondary school environment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with special educational needs.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to enhance SEN provision.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create tailored support plans for students.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN provision to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant SEN qualifications.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders.
