- Check and respond to emails
- Provide information to caller
- Greet persons entering service
- Deal with queries from the public
- General administrative and clerical support
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Assist with activities held in the service
- Using Outlook Email
- Maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Be able to handle pressure and multitask
- Ad hoc duties
- Meet and greet
