Job description
I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to coordinate and promote a Serviced Office establishment based in the Altrincham area. This is a permanent full time role, with the working hours between 9:00AM - 6:00PM Monday - Friday. The role is paying GBP26000 for the right candidate dependant on experience. This role is a 6 months fixed term contract covering a long sickness, meaning you must be immediately available.
This position will suit a pro-active candidate, who thrives on building and maintaining business relationships, and is passionate about delivering excellent service and promoting the brand. The candidate must have previous experience in a similar role. What will you be doing as Facilities Coordinator?- Enhance the entire customer journey by building and maintaining relationships
- Support the Business Centre Manager with welcoming visitors to the Business Centre, offer refreshments, and manage incoming mail
- Maintain log of guests, contractors and attendees. Alongside managing access control for new/departing customers, visitors and contractors
- Ensure that the accounts and property departments are informed of issues as necessary.
- Grow and develop your existing client base by delivering excellent customer service
- Oversee maintenance operatives, deliver daily reviews, and participate and drive activities that improve the quality of services provided.
- Support social media activity - content, pictures, and videos for followers
- Completion of all renewals & arrears within allocated time scales

- Good commercial acumen alongside a professional appearance and personality
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
- Strong communication skills and skilled relationship builder
- Must be a driver with own car
