We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Recruitment Consultant to join an ambitious Recruitment Agency who are dynamic and continue to grow. You will work as a strategic partner to clients offering a professional and consultative approach offering recruitment solutions. You will of course be a dynamic individual with passion for the Recruitment industry and a great sales person.

The Job Role
- Identify and win new business within the Construction Arena
- Maintain and grow relationships by means of face to face meeting and telephone contact
- Resource and interview candidates
- Implement and develop new strategies to win new business

- Secure new business

- Candidate attraction and management

- To develop and manage your desk to maximise its profitability

Person Specification
- Proven track record in providing Recruitment solutions

- Knowledge of recruitment within the Built Environment
- Able to demonstrate resilience

- Effective time management

- Competent in all aspects if IT

- Valid driving license
- Ability to multi task in this very busy environment
- Target driven with a natural flare for developing relationships within a sales environment

- Demonstrate a hunger to succeed
