Interim Assembly & Test Technician
Southampton Area
Up to £200 per day
9-month Contract
I am looking for an Assembly & Test Technician on behalf of a longstanding client. The successful applicant will be conducting both assembly and testing activities of the client's products (mechanically & electronically).
Required Skills:
Understanding of basic Electronic principles.
Previous experience with Electro-Mechanical assembly.
Previously worked with both manual & automated measurement techniques with test equipment.
Experience in troubleshooting issues on non-compliant products.
Knowledge of RF testing would be advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities:
Radio Frequency testing of both system sub-assemblies as well as PCBA's.
Electro-Mechanical Assembly
Commissioning and final acceptance of systems, before delivery.
Ensure all products are tested and recorded in line with latest ATP and Test Instructions.
Recording and collating test data.
