We make health happen: Bupa Global is the international health insurance division of Bupa. We provide customers who want premium international coverage with products and services to access the healthcare they need anytime, around the world, whether at home or when studying, living, travelling or working abroad. Bupa Global has offices around the world including London and Brighton (UK), Dublin (Europe), Miami (USA), Dubai (UAE, in partnership with OIC), Egypt and Hong Kong (China) as well as regional offices in mainland China, Singapore, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Panama, Guatemala and Ecuador. The role sits within the wider Product and Marketing Team and the Brand Executive role will be bursting with variety. A key focus is to be a brand guardian for Bupa Global as well as supporting the Senior Marketing Strategy and Content Manager with the development and delivery of brand communications across the business. How you’ll help us make health happen: Through customer insight, you’ll support the development of a new brand positioning and value proposition for Bupa Global across all customer segments and all markets in which we operate Supporting on the planning and implementation of brand campaigns, across a range of media and channels including digital, social, website, events, paid for media Leading on the development of brand KPIs and ongoing monitoring of brand campaign performance - interrogating results and sharing them in a user-friendly, easily digestible, and actionable way Scanning the global healthcare landscape to identify new opportunities to work with external global media publications on relevant and timely partnerships that build Bupa Global’s brand presence and amplifies our new story across all markets in which we operate Acts as a brand guardian and assists with getting brand communications signed off by our product and marketing team. This includes proactively suggesting ways to improve content, so it meets brand standards Responsible for creating brand content that transitions Bupa Global’s brand narrative from a healthcare insurer to a healthcare partner – moving away from product benefit focus to mission-centric Supporting Senior Marketing Strategy and Content Manager on the creation, co-ordination and launch of a new influencer campaign for Bupa Global, and to include monitoring of performance and KPIs Given our brand is our most important asset it’s important we look after it. Support the team with discussions involving our Legal teams and processes in place: Request the running of legal searches Raising infringement disputes or concerns Providing suppliers/partners permission to use our brand Working collaboratively with the Global Design Studio Manager to manage the Bupa Global image library and source new and relevant imagery that is consistent with brand guidelines and values. When needed, this will include commissioning of new photo shoots and managing delivery With the oversight from the Senior Marketing Strategy and Content Manager, not only support on key projects but lead them as well. Taking ownership (and credit) from start to finish Galvanise and create a buzz internally when new campaigns are launched Be a passionate, active voice in conversations regarding creative for campaigns and use of our brand across our business – championing our design and tone of voice principles Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: The role holder is expected to have the following qualification(s), skills and experience: A passion and aspiration for a career in brand or marketing that you can talk to Ideally possesses knowledge and experience of brand marketing in some way: This may be in qualifications e.g., degree level but not essential Equally could be based on job experience or other relevant qualifications (1-3years in a Marketing role) A people person with a personable manner with a can-do attitude when it comes to interacting with people and building relationships: A team player that’s open to listening and taking on feedback Someone that always considers things through the eyes of the customer as a starting place Evidence of customer first thinking Commercially savvy – aware of the importance in putting numbers behind thinking and proposals.
