I currently have an exciting opportunity, for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to work in West Midlands within the NHS on a temporary agency contract. This role is being offered by Service Care Solutions, an approved supplier to over 400 organisations nationwide.

Job Details

• Job Title: CPN West Midlands
• Job Description: Community assessments and treatment for people living with a non-psychotic disorder such as anxiety and depression.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Pay Rate: £26.00Ltd an hour paid weekly via an umbrella company

The successful candidate will be responsible for accepting care co-ordinator responsibility for a designated caseload and managing this within the CPA framework, using a person centred approach to care. They will also have an understanding of the needs and rights of carers and undertake Carers Assessments with a view to offering supportive services.
