We’re recruiting for Female and Male School & Community Workers.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
As a School and Community Worker, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of over 44,000 young people annually.
You will work across a wide variety of contexts including schools, churches, youth groups and statutory organisations to develop and deliver excellent, age and context appropriate Relationships and Sexuality Education programmes that inspire the next generation to know their worth, flourish in their relationships and value their sexual choices.
As a School and Community Worker, you will:
There is no such thing as a typical week in this job. Early morning starts to travel to schools, development of resources, meeting passionate people and late-night work with young people in centres across Northern Ireland are all common activities.
This role gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your passion to challenge the prevailing cultural messages about relationships and sex, lived out in the highest levels of personal conduct and example. You will be given every opportunity to develop as a professional and bring your own unique skills and creativity to our team.

OCCUPATIONAL REQUIREMENT
The nature of the work of Love For Life is such that we attach occupational requirements to our School & Community Worker posts relating to both sex and religious belief.
Female School & Community Worker Role
