As the successful employment solicitor you would likely have 2 years + PQE in either claimant or respondent work, ideally with some HR support experience. If you are an in-house lawyer looking to return to private practice the firm would be keen to speak with you. You might also be a CILEx lawyer.
You will be working on a mixed caseload and some limited advocacy will be required at first hearings but you can instruct counsel for anything more complex.
