Job Role: Quality Engineer
Adecco are currently seeking a talented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our client's dynamic and growing team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the companies products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to identify any defects or non-conformity's.
- Analyse quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall product quality.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans to address any quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Implement and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, procedures, and work instructions.
- Execute process validation for existing and new products completing all relevant documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
