Job description
You will be managed by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and senior CBT therapist and work within a multi-disciplinary team. The post includes providing specialist assessments and evidence based interventions (individual and group interventions) with adults with emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties. You will also offer consultation and teaching to the multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to the development and evaluation of this innovative service. You will join a dedicated and enthusiastic multi-disciplinary team committed to developing the highest standards of clinical assessment and treatment for our service users. There are professional links across Hertfordshire, with structures in place for supervision and governance. We also prioritise opportunities for CPD and support staff in their personal development.
