Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading abattoir, in their search for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineerto work in Whitchurch.

For the successful Multi-Skilled Engineer,  our client is offering:
i. £43,341 Per Annum 
ii.  Rotating shift, Week 1 - Monday to Friday, 5am-2pm. Week 2 - Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm
iii. Permanent
iv. 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
v. Overtime available at time and a half
vi. Critical Illness Cover and Death in Service 

The role - Multi-Skilled Engineer:
i. Daily equipment checks.
ii. Carry out regular and ongoing electrical and mechanical maintenance.
iii. Assist with requests for maintenance repairs.
iv. Carry out tasks on maintenance repair list in priority orders.
v. Emergency breakdowns.

What our client is looking for in an Multi-Skilled Engineer:
i. Experience within an FMCG Environment - DESIREABLE
ii. City & Guilds Qualification in Engineering - ESSENTIAL
iii. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
iv. Knowledge of the food processing industry - DESIREABLE
vi. Competent IT/Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
