Job description

Foxfields Country Hotel in Clitheroe are recruiting for an Apprentice Chef. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification.

Job details for the role are;
Role is based within a fast paced kitchen.
• The apprentice will be providing meals for the customers who stay at the hotel as well as guests who come to eat at the Artisan restaurant.
• The apprentices will also provide catering support to the function element of the hotel.
• The apprentice will build and gain knowledge in all aspects of the kitchen, learning new dishes, involved in new menu ideas to become a key member of the team.

Hours of Work;
Working 5 days out of the 7 - 40 hours a week
