Job Summary: As a Band 7 Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality remote mental health services to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CBT and a passion for making a positive impact on the mental well-being of others. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct remote assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans based on CBT principles.
2. Provide evidence-based CBT interventions to individuals with various mental health concerns.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
5. Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

Requirements:

1. Qualified and accredited as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) at Band 7 level.
2. Experience in delivering remote CBT interventions.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
5. Adherence to professional and ethical standards in mental health practice.
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing healthcare environments and client needs.
