Senior Associate - Impact Partnerships (fixed term)

ImpactEd Group exists to support our partners to make better decisions. We believe in putting high-quality data and evidence into the hands of system leaders and social impact organisations to drive better decision making, better allocation of resources and ultimately, better outcomes. Since being founded in 2017, ImpactEd has worked with thousands of schools and hundreds of organisations, serving more than a quarter of a million pupils annually.

This role sits within our Evaluation unit within our Impact Partnerships team, who work with  education organisations such as charities, universities and education technology companies (our ‘impact partners’). Our work focuses on helping these organisations to design and deliver evaluations, and to build their capacity for impact evaluation.

This is currently a fixed, short-term opportunity to provide additional senior capacity to support with a) delivery of a number of exciting new partnerships that have arisen, and b) sales and business development to develop new partnerships with education organisations. We are interested in speaking to a wide range of candidates, and there is potential for this to develop into a permanent role embedded within the team.

This role will include a combination of hands-on delivery of evaluation partnerships and supporting new business by leading on sales and tender processes from start to finish. This will involve line management of Impact Partnership Manager(s) and supporting colleagues across the team to quality assure delivery and develop their knowledge and skills.

About You

We are looking for a skilled individual to provide expert evaluation and partnership management support and senior leadership within the department. You will be available to step into the role as soon as possible and able to hit the ground running due to your prior experience, knowledge and skills, and your resilient, adaptable attitude. We are looking for an individual that is entrepreneurial and solution-focused, can act independently to devise solutions to challenging problems fast, while maintaining high standards, and can communicates clearly and persuasively, both written and verbally.
