We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail management professional to join us as a General Manager for our Watches of Switzerland Showroom and Mono-brand boutiques in Battersea. Based in the incredible Battersea Power Station development, we are excited to have joined the diverse and bustling community that attracts a highly successful consumer base. This the opportunity to lead a beautiful multi-brand showroom with prestigious brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Hublot, Bvlgari and Zenith alongside four individual boutiques – Breitling, TUDOR, OMEGA, and TAG Heuer.

Our General Managers are inspirational role models who play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional operational and commercial standards throughout our showrooms. It is imperative that you will be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, Battersea Power Station, and the brands. An ambassador for Watches of Switzerland and the individual Brands you will be change orientated and strategic with an entrepreneurial approach and a strong background in luxury retail management. An impressive record of business development, event management, networking, and excellent people skills you will contribute to the formulation and execution of the Watches of Switzerland brand strategy to help to drive the business forward.

Surrounded by 32 acres of woodlands with facilities such as a mini market, team lounges, a multi-faith room and a parent room.
