Job description
Evelina Hospital School is a community special school meeting the needs of young people who are patients in Evelina London Children’s Hospital. We are situated opposite Westminster, on the south of the Thames, in the heart of central London.
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher who will join and strengthen our team from September 2024. We are particularly interested in experienced teachers with competency in teaching Maths; Science or ICT / Computing.
The successful applicant will be:
· A teacher with mainstream or special school teaching experience;
· A professional with a commitment to improving the outcomes and life chances of young people;
· Solution- focused, proactive, resourceful and energetic;
· Able to demonstrate effective teaching across all key stages especially GCSE and A-level to all abilities;
· Proficient to teach other subjects (if you have other subject specialisms, this will be advantageous)
