An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Coordinator to join the Bluebird Care team.

Prior care experience and coordination experience is highly desirable for this role.

A care co-ordinator will arrange carer workers to be in the right place at the right time. It is important our customers receive excellent quality care and support to keep them safe and comfortable in their own homes. A supportive and calm manner together with excellent organisational and communication skills are vital for this important role in our company.

The main aspect of the role will be to ensure care calls are recorded and allocated correctly on the systems and that care assistants are appropriately allocated to customers so that care is delivered on time, safely and in line with customers wishes (as agreed in their care and support plan). There's a lot of thinking ahead in this role and we would describe it as a game of tetris - aligning care schedules along with customer schedules requires some problem solving!

You will be required to work Monday-Friday 830am-5pm you will also be part of an on call rota (which is additional pay)
