Job description

We are seeking an engaging and dynamic Talent Sourcer to join our team and help us attract and identify top-tier candidates for our Product and Technical divisions. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment efforts by proactively sourcing, engaging, and nurturing talent pools.

As part of our People team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and identify the best talent for our organization.

In this engaging role, you will leverage various sourcing techniques, including online channels and social media platforms, to build a diverse candidate pipeline. You will engage with potential candidates, provide them with insights about our company and job opportunities, and assess their fit for specific roles. This role is a fixed term contract based in our London office.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role ideally working on Product or Technical roles
• Strong proficiency in using various sourcing techniques, including online platforms and social media
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates
• Ability to identify and assess candidates' skills and qualifications
• Effective time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple sourcing projects
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with hiring managers
• Knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
• Passionate about attracting top talent and contributing to a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Experience in the technology or data industry is preferred
