The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing team and to become a key figure in the pastoral leadership of the College at this time of expansion and development.
The Head of Boarding will line manage a team of Houseparents, Deputy Houseparents and Boarding Assistants. They will act as Deputy DSL and will undertake boarding supervision duties. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake some extra curricular and / or academic responsibilities.
