Device Management Engineer

Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Device Management Engineer to join our team. As a Device Management Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our device infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain device management solutions. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement device management strategies and policies
Manage and maintain device inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Diagnose and resolve device management issues, escalating as necessary
Develop automation scripts to streamline device configuration and deployment processes
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security and compliance standards
Monitor device performance and proactively identify and address potential issues
Train end-users on device management best practices and provide ongoing support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in device management, preferably in a large-scale environment
Strong knowledge of device management tools, such as MDM, SCCM, or Intune
Proficient in scripting languages, such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python
Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, and Linux
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
