About the role

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the end user experience, acting as an effective point of contact from the business to the business customer whilst ensuring customer service standards represent value to the business.

You will be setup in the office to remotely support their customers, you will have jobs assigned to your remote queue and work through this during the day updating ticket progress as you go.

While we will expect you to be able to work autonomously, you will be part of a larger team of technicians across the company and teamwork will play a key role in the job.

Utilising unified communications, you will always collaborate with your peers on issues ensuring the best grade of service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

You will be working primarily with the following technologies and possess key competencies in (Essential):

• Active Directory
• Group Policy
• Administration Windows Server 2016/19/22
• Microsoft Office 2016 –  365 – all features
• Windows 8/10
• Network printers
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to use internal systems in relation to the role
• Networking troubleshooting ( hardware & topology, TCP/IP )
