The Role: 
You will be delivering a customer focussed housing management service which is effective, efficient, highly professional and meets the needs of the customers we serve. Through the implementation of our new service, you will be responsible for delivering front line customer services to our tenants and stakeholders. Supporting Housing Officers with the management of Newcastle Homes housing register, administrative tasks as well as working with partners to help create neighbourhoods where our customers are proud to call home.

The Person: You will have a real appreciation and understanding of what excellent customer service looks and feels like, you will live and breathe our RARE values and display our CARE behaviours (communication, Accountability, respect, Empathy) on a day-to-day basis. You should have a passion for supporting customers and improving neighborhoods.  

Although, we would like you to have some knowledge and experience of social housing, what is more important is your drive and enthusiasm to support customers.
