Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a country wide insurance firm looking to recruit a Insurance Client Account Handler with insurance experience to join their friendly and welcoming team!
As a Client Account Handler your role will be to ensure that each customer received efficient service and resolutions to their queries, delivered in a friendly, empathetic and professional manner, going above and beyond where needed. This role will be more senior, supporting the team leader and supporting the team in their absence when needed.
Duties of Customer Service Advisor include:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
- Collaborate with other teams such as underwriting or claims to resolve queries.
- Attend to any customer queries in an efficient manner.
- Maintain client records, updating CRM system.
- Offer expert guidance and provide accurate information about the insurance offering.
Desired experience for Customer Service Advisor:
- Experience in the Financial Services sector or the insurance industry is essential
- Excellent communication skills both, verbal and written.
- Empathetic and patient approach
- Proficient using computer systems.
