As a dynamic and growing firm, our client is now seeking a Senior Solicitor with expertise in Unmarried Family Finance, Divorce, and Finance.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join the Family Law department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in handling complex cases related to Unmarried Family Finance, Divorce, and Finance. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and to contribute to the continued success of our Family Law practice. Candidates with less PQE experience will be considered if they are the right fit for the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of high-value and complex Unmarried Family Finance, Divorce, and Finance cases.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver outstanding client service.
- Stay current with developments in Family Law and legal best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the team.
- Play an active role in business development and marketing activities to promote the Family Law department.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in the UK with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Family Law (flexible)
- Proven expertise in handling Unmarried Family Finance, Divorce, and Finance cases.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent client management and relationship-building abilities.
- A track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Commitment to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
