Catering Supervisor
Full time / Permanent position
€33,150 per annum / €17 per hour
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday with evening and weekend work required once a month.
Location: Grange Castle, Clondalkin, D22 V8F8
As a Catering Supervisor at Sodexo you will be responsible for overseeing all service aspects of our catering operations and will need to be an excellent leader who can motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Working in the large and modern restaurant for our prestigious pharmaceutical client you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the established high standards that Sodexo provide.
You will require excellent communication and organisational skills as well as strong attention to detail. We place our customers at the heart of everything we do, and our leadership teams strive to deliver 5-star customer service for our staff and guests.

What you’ll do:
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate with planners to ensure all catering needs are met
- Set-up and breakdown events, ensuring equipment and supplies are accounted for
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve and issues raised
- You will ensure that Health and Safety regulations (such as Food safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations) are always adhered to.
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a supervisor position
- Highly professional manner and understanding that honesty and ethics are essential
- Cheerful outlook and ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
- Computer literacy / Administration skills
- A willingness to learn
