An excellent opportunity has arisen for a post-doctoral research assistant, funded by Breast Cancer Now, to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary, successful drug discovery team focused on driving translation of a new class of tumour-selective therapeutic towards the clinic. You will contribute to the development of novel targeted chemotherapeutics for the treatment of breast cancer.
You will have a PhD and relevant experience in cancer pharmacology, and laboratory experience in the evaluation of potent chemotherapeutics. We welcome enthusiastic, motivated and driven team-players interested in translational cancer drug development, willing to work in a dynamic research environment, and keen to build upon their skills and experience.
All work will be carried out at the Institute of Cancer Therapeutics (ICT) within the Faculty of Life Sciences at the University of Bradford. The Institute of Cancer Therapeutics has an international reputation for translational research leading to the identification of novel therapies and additionally provides laboratory support to early phase clinical trials.
