POSITION: Distribution & Returns assistant
DEPARTMENT: SSC OPERATIONS
LOCATION: MILTON KEYNES
REPORTS TO: DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This position is responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain our local stock ordering tool, managing order flows, and resolve customer queries or consumer escalations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Online Distribution and Underpayment Support
- Ensure all customer queries relating to retail, ecommerce & LVMH Online orders / requests are resolved in a timely manner, and correctly logged.
- Sort and monitor all orders placed within LVMH Online.
- Resolve all distribution centre queries, including commercial invoices, address, and phone number validation, carrier changes and out of schedule requests.
- Liaise with our distribution centre to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, as well as all inventory requests.
- Upload any missing product images to LVMH Online.
- Reconciliation of monthly sales data including payments and refunds.
- Suggest operational improvements within LVMH Online and outside the tool that can improve processes.
- Reporting any issues or system problems with LVMH Online system.
- Support the Logistics team with the retailer underpayments.
Logistics:
- Updating daily reports, including outbound process daily, for ecomm & retail, forecast vs actual reports and failed orders reports.
- Logging all customer claims and managing the liability of claims.
- Updating transport sub-contractor’s log
- Conducting monthly cycle count
- Collate all manifests on a weekly basis resolving any potential delivery problems.
- Maintain customer relations especially within the Customer Operations Team & Ecommerce Operations Team.
- Work closely with customers to resolve any repeated delivery problems.
- Be a point of contact between the 3PL and LVMH P&C.
