Fareham – Hybrid working
£28,202 progressing to £31,336 plus excellent benefits

Our client now has an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join their friendly and well-established HR Team in Fareham.
Please note that this role is internally known as HR Business Partner.
About the role
In this varied and hands on role, you will deliver a customer centric, proactive and flexible HR service supporting all their operational areas.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will provide advice, support and guidance enabling the organisation to develop a workforce that can deliver their strategic goals.
You will coach their managers on all aspects of recruitment, employee relations, staff welfare, performance management and training plus you will be responsible for managing a member of the team and be the expert on day-to-day operational queries.

Their ideal candidate will have:
A CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience
Experience across all aspects of HR
Experience of managing and working to key performance indicators
Experience of managing others
Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
Good organisational skills along with strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise
Full drivers’ licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial
