Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a thriving plus growing SME who require a Commercial Manager/Senior Commercial Manager (Quantity Surveyor) ASAP to join their organisation.

Project:

MOJ Prison Extensions (x3) – approx. £500m overall value.

Work:                 
Procurement i.e. awarding sub-contracts to supply chain. Preparing RFP’s, dealing with tender queries, preparing tender reports. Compiling the contract documents etc.

Location:           
Castle Donnington

Grade:                
Senor QS or an more experienced QS

Flexibility:          
For first month or so it would need to be 4 days in the office, but thereafter possibly dropping down to 3 days in office once the candidate gets to know the team.

Start:

ASAP

Remuneration wise they will offer a great package, depending upon experience, but open to being flexible where they can be to accommodate top talent. Ideally they could pay up to £65,000 + Benefits + Bonus but again are open on this for the right candidate.
