Job description

Wealth Management Administrator
Leeds
Salary up to £28,000 DOE

Are you an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is confident and professional?

My client, a rapidly growing Wealth Management support business are expanding their team. They are looking for an experienced Administrator with relevant Wealth Management experience.

Duties of Administrator:

* Building relationships and promoting the groups image
* Dealing with client queries and arranging appointments for directors/advisers
* Preparing documentation for meetings
* Processing new business from the adviser team across the business
* Processing transactions and trade requests on our preferred platform
* Creating client portfolio valuations
* Creating annual review packs for the financial planners
* Consulting with providers, paraplanners and financial planners
* Working with back-office system and data input (experience of Curo Time4Advice would be beneficial)
* Reconciling fee payments

Essential:
* Strong administration background
* Must be highly organised and able to multi-task
* Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Flexible and helpful approach
* Exceptional phone manner
* Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
* IT skills in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet
