Job Title: Contracts Manager – Fit-Out Projects

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum

Location: Carrickfergus (Travel to Europe)

  Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site projects from order to defect certificate completion.
• Ensure projects meet time, budget, and health & safety standards.
• Enhance client satisfaction for future business opportunities.
• Collaborate on sub-contract orders, cost management, and payments
• Generate concise cost reports for management.
• Maintain high Health & Safety standards and site housekeeping.
• Attend and contribute to site meetings.
• Control costs and minimise waste.
• Record cost variations efficiently and conclude final accounts.
• Support Company initiatives for ISO & 45001, FSC, and Investors in People Standards.
• Travel weekly to sites in the UK and Europe.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 GCSEs or equivalent NVQ qualification in Construction.
• HND/HNC/Degree in Construction Management or similar field. Health & Safety qualification is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Proficient in computer use.
