Job description

GrillChef - Ability to manage grill station, prepare food item as directed. Follow recipes cards and instructions. Support and communicate regularly and effectively with the HC. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely. Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health and safety standards. Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment. Restock items as needed. Adhere to food hygiene & safety standards. Able to work with other kitchen staff.
