Sales Negotiator –  Horsham

£20,000 – £24,000 +OTE uncapped

Our lovely client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their close-knit team based in Horsham. As Sales Negotiator you must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and be passionate about the property industry, local area knowledge is desirable. The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, and have a drive to succeed.

Work Structure:

• 5 day week, alternate Saturdays (week day off on week where Sat worked
• Closed on bank holidays
• Additional days off at Christmas

Key Responsibilities:

• Register requirements and details of potential buyers
• Carry out viewings
• Giving feedback from prospective buyers to vendors
• Matching and calling potential buyers to properties
• Vendor care, market updates, marketing suggestions
• Offer due diligence
• Some negotiation
• Marketing ideas, brochure creation, checking websites
• Monitoring competitor properties

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Min 1 years Agency experience with proven track record
• Excellent phone manner and email etiquette
• Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, CRM, email systems)
• Must have full UK driving license
• Local knowledge preferable
