Job description
The person will be responsible for the accounting document organisation and will perform all payment and invoicing tasks.
- To organise the financial department documentation (e.g., scanning, archiving physical and digital documents, organising the accounting folder, etc.).
- To dispatch and verify documents.
- To process invoice payments.
- To post accounting information on the accounting software (e.g., purchase orders, payment orders, invoices, receipts, credit notes, etc.).
- Collaborate on wage processing.
- To prepare and deliver the compulsory tax declarations.
- Collaborate in preparing the monthly and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate in the management and control of cash movements.
- To perform bank and credit card reconciliation.
- To issue invoices and sales documents.
- Collaborate in the preparation and coordination of audit processes for the department.
- To comply with safety rules and procedures established by Endiprev and/or by clients.
- Cooperate, whenever requested by the Manager, with the people from other departments of the Group's companies.
Required:
- GCSE Maths and English C Grade or above
- Experience in accounting administration
- Strong IT skills
