Support Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Support Division, based in central Glasgow. As a Support Administrator you will play a pivotal role in providing effective administration support within the wider business and deliver a first-class front of house experience for our visitors.
This is a very varied role where you will have the opportunity to work alongside the operational teams, by providing efficient and progressive administrative support to help them to achieve their objectives. To do that, you will be a great team player who is able to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced quality driven environment.
Key attributes for the role include proven administrative skills with good computer literacy, typing speed & accuracy and a genuine desire to be part of a successful wider team.

About the role
- Full time, permanent
- Monday to Friday working hours, 40 Hr wk.

Duties & responsibilities include
- Working as part of a team answering switchboard calls and managing incoming enquiries via email, acting as first point of contact for the business
- Oversee direct responses via the website for business related initiatives, general enquiries and feedback
- Deliver a first-class front of house experience to visitors, meeting and greeting candidates and clients and other business professionals
- Providing varied and general administrative support for the staff within the branch and wider business
- Responsible for on-site mail and courier deliveries & use of other company supplier accounts
- Be the site support for other internal departments with new initiatives, enabling visual displays, aspects of H&S/facilities etc.
- Oversee and be involved with current supplier accounts, including stationery audits & orders for all locations
- Be involved with all aspects of administration and hands-on tasks that ensure the office functions to the highest standards

- Excellent diligence and communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within a sizeable organisation desirable but not essential
