At a variety of sites LSCFT in GP Practices/ LSCFT Clinic sites.

To be competent and safe at collecting venous blood samples. Needs to able to use the Starstedt Monovette collecting system as no training will be provided alongside identifying and using the correct blood bottle. May be working alone at times. Short notice change of venue may be needed so car driver essential. Need to be able to use and familiar with ICE blood forms. Will need to complete forms with patient details to add to LSCFT recording system. Need to be up to date with all Mandatory Training. Patients are seen on every 5 minutes at our sites so need to be able to work at speed to maintain the correct numbers to be seen in a session. Sessions can be 3 hours or an all-day session at some sites. Covering Central Lancashire
