As the Front Desk Coordinator , you'll be the linchpin, orchestrating day-to-day operations at our state-of-the-art showroom. Collaborating closely with the sales team, your role is to be the client concierge from initial onboarding to final installation.

Day in the Life
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and assist them in booking in-home consultations.
- Qualify leads, schedule design consultation appointments, and effectively promote products and services.
- Track open leads, report close rates, and continuously improve reporting methodologies.
- Calendar management, schedule all in-home consultations for designers and installations throughout the week.
- Maintain a professional image of the showroom, office, and displays through weekly light cleaning.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in an office environment.
- Experience and proficiency with Google Workspace, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office
- Communicative, excited to greet customers, and excellent with all forms of communication.
- Detail-oriented, driven, direct, and independent.
- Works at a fast pace, following processes, with resilience under pressure.
- Maintains a high level of integrity in adherence to policies, procedures, and professional conduct.
