The Role: Contract Manager Leicester
As a Contract Manager at Ground Control, you will play a vital role in managing our field teams and directly employed staff to ensure the timely delivery of grounds maintenance work to the highest standard. Reporting to a Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and training Field Teams in our "Ways of Working" and quality standards.
- Daily quality monitoring of Field Teams' work.
- Line management and performance management of directly employed staff.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Providing management reports.
- Pricing, selling, and managing landscaping work, including additional grounds maintenance work and large landscaping projects.

Who We're Seeking:
