Job description
A well-known research group with market leading technology is seeking an interim Tax Manager for a 3-6 month contract. There is a very high possibility of this role being made permanent after the contract finishes. This is an extremely flexible opportunity with the chance to work from home up to 4 days a week. Open to day rate or PAYE.
You will be covering a variety of responsibilities including:
- Monitor and review the VAT reporting process for the UK and Europe.
- The preparation of VAT returns (UK)
- A project focusing on the review of the VAT compliance process, implementing improvements where possible
- Assistance with corporation tax compliance where necessary
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT qualified with proven experience of indirect tax compliance
- Able to work within a closely knit team
- Immediately available
