The Job Role - To manage the hotel sales and reservations team
- To ensure the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times
The Requirements - The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience within Meetings and Events Sales
- To ensure maximum sales conversion of all enquiries and new business achieved at the venue
- Responsible for leading and motivating a reactive sales team to ensure maximum revenue conversion
- To build and maintain an excellent team to deliver the best service
- Create a fun working environment for the sales office and develop team members
